How do I track my order?

You may track your order through the link provided to your email address within 1 business day after you place your order.


How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

At NEWZILL we strive to deliver the best customer service experience possible. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Almost all orders placed before 1 PM EST go out the same day and within 24 hours at any other time.


How long does shipping take and what are the shipping options?

Shipping transit times vary based on the method of shipment and your location (we ship out of Houston, Texas). You would be provided with estimated days while placing your order allowing you to choose the method of shipment that will best fit your needs.

Please note: If you place a UPS 2nd Day Order Wednesday after 3 PM EST, it will not arrive until Monday of the following week.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We ship via FedEx. Shipping costs vary by weight, size, and destination. If you would like to know the rates, please send us an email with your request to We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. However, nothing is perfect, and we understand that. We want your purchasing experience to be the best with NEWZILL. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 30 days. NEWZILL does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping.


How do I return or exchange my product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Newzill Return Dept.” at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please remember to include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it is also needed.
